Location: the hotel was close to all attractions and very friendly staff, the shopping center, downtown and the boardwalk next to the beach and malls. Local fast food option Pizza Pazza was 5 minutes walk away.

Enjoyed our rooms with a king size bed. The location was favourable, just walking distance from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. Plus, it was adjacent to restaurants as well as all attractions and very friendly staff.

Every time I visit Playa del Carmen, I stay at this hotel. the staff is exceptionally friendly and excellent. - the location of the hotel is incredible, close to the beach and major shopping areas. - the rooms are brand new and reasonably large with nice beds. - Outstanding service and the food is great.

The value for our money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was very comfortable and tidy. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but still peaceful at night. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast team - Elena, Fernando, and Antonio!

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering self-service instead of having to wait in line to be served.

The staff was professional, and I appreciated having coffee, an iron, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette in the room.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a microwave. The location was convenient, close to the beach and within walking distance of the ADO bus station and an upscale shopping area.

The hotel is conveniently located near local restaurants, making it easy to explore the culinary scene. Additionally, it is a short walk to the main shopping street as well as the beach. The room was comfortable and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the rooftop pool provided a relaxing space with a view of the sea.

There were occasional noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall experience.
